The Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid is is a regulated and nationally recognised comprehensive qualification.
Activity First Aid is a qualification that’s perfect for anyone who loves sports, outdoor activities, or adventure pursuits. It’s designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to handle emergency situations that could happen while you’re out having fun.
During the course, you’ll learn all kinds of valuable topics, like how to perform basic life support, manage breathing and circulation, and deal with wounds, bleeding, and shock. You’ll also learn how to recognize and treat common injuries, such as sprains, strains, and fractures.
But that’s not all! You’ll also learn how to handle more serious incidents, like heart attacks, strokes, and seizures, and how to manage a casualty in a remote or outdoor environment.
The course is super interactive, so you’ll get plenty of hands-on practice in realistic scenarios. And don’t worry – you’ll be assessed throughout the course to make sure you’re on track and feeling confident.
